Different purposes require different language
This is a current organizational decision and does not prevent Prime Time from discussing mission-aligned services, training, facilitation, or consulting.
A charitable donation is a voluntary contribution without the purchase of a defined service. A service fee is compensation for agreed work. Prime Time will not describe a service payment as a donation or promise that every inquiry can be served without cost.
Because engagements vary, prices are not posted as fixed packages at this stage. The initial inquiry carries no obligation. If Prime Time is an appropriate fit, the scope, fee, responsibilities, timing, and payment expectations will be provided in writing before work begins. Reduced-cost or collaborative arrangements may be considered when feasible but are not guaranteed.
If Prime Time’s donation policy changes, official contribution information will be announced through this website.
Visitors should not send student records, medical information, disciplinary files, criminal-history details, immigration information, passwords, financial records, or government identification through the website.
The inquiry page asks only for information necessary to understand the request. It prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application and does not store submissions in a website database.
Prime Time does not publish identifiable student or minor information merely to demonstrate impact. Photographs and testimonials should be used only with appropriate permission.
Prime Time does not publish banking details, signatures, personal addresses, identification numbers, travel documents, passwords, or unredacted internal records.
A defined recognition does not represent approval of every decision made by a recipient, administration, office, or institution.
No recognition is offered in return for funding, employment, contracts, political support, government action, meeting access, or favorable treatment.
A photograph with an official does not establish sponsorship, endorsement, authority, employment, or an official partnership.
Source credits identify where official images originated; attribution does not itself establish ownership or permission. Reuse rights should be confirmed before public launch, and valid correction or removal requests will be reviewed.
Corrections and concerns
If information is inaccurate, outdated, improperly attributed, or creates a legitimate privacy or rights concern, contact Prime Time with the page, specific material, and requested correction. Submitting a request does not guarantee removal, but it will be reviewed responsibly.
