Institutional change through practical leadership

Working across community experience and institutional process.

Grigsby’s work is grounded in the belief that sustainable change requires both moral clarity and a practical understanding of how systems make decisions.

His experience connects direct youth and family service, criminal-justice investigation, restorative practice, public-safety oversight development, public education, nonprofit leadership, and municipal governance. That range allows him to listen across differences, examine evidence, clarify responsibility, and help translate public values into processes capable of lasting beyond one meeting or one leader.

Through Prime Time, he is developing a broader platform for training, facilitation, consulting, community partnership, and international public-service engagement.
