What does it cost?

Prime Time does not use a single price for every request because the time, preparation, number of participants, travel, materials, and follow-up can differ substantially.

The initial inquiry and fit conversation carry no obligation. If Prime Time is an appropriate fit, any proposed fee, scope, responsibilities, and payment expectations will be explained in writing before work begins. A service fee pays for agreed work and is not a charitable donation.

Prime Time is mission-driven and may consider reduced-cost, collaborative, or community-supported arrangements when resources and circumstances allow. Availability is not guaranteed, and organizations should discuss budget limitations during the initial conversation.

Professional boundaries

Fit matters as much as interest.

Prime Time does not claim expertise beyond its qualifications and experience. An inquiry is not an agreement, and no outcome is guaranteed. Prime Time does not provide legal advice, licensed therapy, law-enforcement command services, crisis response, or independent investigations unless appropriate qualifications, authority, and written terms are separately established.

When another professional or organization is better suited to the need, Prime Time may decline the engagement or recommend that the requester seek specialized support.
